Project Role Overview:

The new temporary resource (Oracle Fusion Consultant) is required to support the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP by providing the insight of the Oracle Fusion technical and functional components to support business, IT and project team for a successful implementation. This position requires participation/ advisory in the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and operations of Oracle Fusion ERP.

 

Project Role Summary:

An in-house “go-to” resource will help the timely delivery for the overall project tasks with improved quality and consultation to best serve Sidra needs. Over the course of the project implementation the in-house teams will be trained to acquire the knowledge required to support the Oracle Fusion ERP post go-live support. The Consultant will help implement a broad portfolio of business and non-clinical applications that include core ERP and integrated applications to support Finance, Supply Chain and HR businesses as well as other non-clinical applications used across Sidra. In addition , the consultant will Put in place measures and processes to audit benefits realization to assess adoption and realization versus expectations and to propose improvements to process, from lessons learned, as part of continuous improvement.

 

 

Scope of Work:
  • Work closely with end users on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and adopting Oracle Fusion ERP to its fullest.
  • Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building.
  • Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for implemented ERP modules.
  • Advise end users on application functionality and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, tools, and creative processes, to improve the end user experience.
  • Provide guidance around industry best practices for improving operation efficiencies.
  • Raise issues and resolutions as they come up to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
  • Support project team for successful delivery of the business requirements through all phases of the implementation
  • Working with project team to ensure project goals and milestones are achieved.
  • Ensure system implementations meet high quality standards and outstanding functional/ technical issues are prioritized and resolved.
  • As an expert functional/ technical mentor, assist other team members to adopt best practices required for system implementation.
  • Effectively present technical/functional concepts and issues to both technical and functional team members for better decisions and avoid future impacts.
  • Participate/ advisory in the planning, architecture, analysis, design, implementation, and operations of Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Manage & maintain project documentations according to established guidelines.
  • Provide assistance and support to project team as needed.

In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary.

 

Position may be on call 7 x 24 on a rotating basis to handle problems that occur with computer systems they are supporting. Implementations deadlines may require work on weekends.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience of managing and delivery of Oracle ERP projects.

 

  • At least 1 Oracle ERP fusion implementation experience in organization of similar size and function.

     

  • Hands-on functional and technical experience supporting Oracle Fusion Implementations in large, complex enterprise environments.

     

  • With extensive knowledge of business processes as relates to Oracle Fusion ERP. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP data structures, configurations and processes.

     

  • Business experience working in a relevant (at least 2) business function such as HR, Finance, SCM.
  • Experience working in a Healthcare facility.
  • Project implementation, functional & technical consultation background.
  • Middle east experience

Contract Duration 12 -15 months
