​The Human Resources Division is made up of a number of complementary departments and strives to be recognized for its operational excellence and as a strategic business partner in the achievement of Sidra’s vision and mission and within its stated values. 


Human Resources is comprised of many related and corresponding functions including:

  • Rewards and Employee Administration - The Total Rewards Department works in partnership with Sidra leadership and in alignment with organizational priorities and directions to design and implement HR policies and programs that enable a culture of excellence and high performance across the organization. The Compensation and Rewards Division leads organizational programs related to total rewards design, salary management, job design, evaluation, benchmarking and best practice research.

  • HR Reporting and Insight - The mission of the HR Analytics and Reporting Section is to work in partnership with Sidra leadership, and in alignment with organizational priorities and directions to design and implement strategic HR reporting platforms and programs that support a culture of excellence and high performance across the organization.  The section leads organizational programs related to HR data management, processing, analytics, forecasting and reporting.

  • Recruitment - As part of this the Talent Acquisition Division focuses on finding and acquiring the right person with the right competencies and attributes for the right job at the right time.

  • Government Relations and Relocation - The department  of Government relations and Relocation is responsible for ensuring the selected candidates from various countries  or from within Qatar have a valid work permit and support the various departments in relocation, immigration, onboarding and ongoing government activities during the candidates tenure in Sidra. 

  • Occupational Health - Sidra Occupational Health encompasses those activities that ensure the health and well being of all Sidra staff. This includes four essential components: worker injury treatment, employer specific services, surveillance/regulatory monitoring, and wellbeing.
